Our custom built Nuclear Imaging Van features Siemens e-Cam Gamma Camera and Philips Forte Nuclear Imaging System.

The Siemens e-Cam , also rebranded Siemens Symbia E as well as Toshiba t.com, remains one of the most widely installed & utilized systems in the world. It is available in single and dual head configurations and most suitable for mobile vans. Due to space constraints in the Mobile Nuclear Van environment and transportation issues, the Single Proton Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT) is ideal for the Mobile Systems. Our Mobile Nuclear Imaging Coach features:

  • Air ride, front and rear, minimizes shock and vibration to the medical equipment reducing downtime and maintenance costs and reduces fatigue for the driver.
  • Automatic hydraulically controlled leveling system to minimize setup and tear-down time.

SPECT (Single Proton Emission Computed Tomography) is a type of nuclear imaging test, which means it uses a radioactive substance and special camera to create 3-D pictures. 2-D Imaging X-rays can show what the structures inside a body look like while a SPECT Scan can show how blood flows to your heart, tissues and organ or what areas of your brain are more active or less active.
