KB Consulting provides Heavy duty two operatory dental clinic to include a lavatory, wheelchair lift and reception area, a totally stand alone clinic that can be pulled behind a heavy duty pick-up truck.
The trailer GVW is 24,000# designed to meet Canadian & cold weather terrain standards globally to include an air ride rear axle which will minimize shock and vibration to the trailer and its contents. This will minimize maintenance and lengthen the life of the mobile clinic. There is an after market air ride system available for the heavy duty Ford pick-up trucks which would assure a total air ride suspension for the mobile clinic. This is a very unique feature for a gooseneck trailer.
Another unique feature is a 3" wall system simialr to refrigerated bodies which is the same body construction we use for our Middle East and severe cold Winters terrain mobile projects.
In summary, this is a custom designed trailer to withstand rough terrain as well as the severe cold winters in Canada and Northwest USA.

KB Consulting LLC's proprietary mill finish aluminum upper and lower body rail extrusions shall fasten the side walls to the trailer floor with no show steel monobolts. As well as the aluminum ceiling panel with one-piece no -leak .040” thick aluminum sheet bonded to sleketal roof panel

WARRANTY: KB Consulting LLC warranty is for a period of twelve months to include parts and labor. Individual components are warranted by respective manufacturers.
ACCEPTANCE: Acceptance will be made at KB Consulting LLC. Amelia, Ohio facility by customer’s designated representative.
TRAINING: EIGHT HOURS training on clinic and Clinic systems will be provided by KB Consulting LLC personnel at KB Consulting LLC facility in Amelia, Ohio. A full set of operational procedures and manuals will be provided.
